Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in the Mohali district. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on the Upwork platform, crafting proposals, and managing communications with potential clients. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience with online bidding platforms, particularly Upwork
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals and responses
  • Client relationship management and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and freight brokerage services
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple bids simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in the logistics or freight brokerage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
