**JOB BRIEF**

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Inventory Executive to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company’s inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

A successful inventory manager is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track and record the overall inventory
- Purchasing and replenishing
- Preparing accurate stock reports and documents.
- Optimise warehouse and shortage
- Track and evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts.
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Analyse daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Communicate directly with the Senior manager and store heads to oversee and prioritise the distribution of outgoing orders and oversee the fulfilment staff to meet these goals and to track inventory levels
- Develops business relationships with suppliers.
- Monitors demand and analyse data to anticipate future needs
- Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Maintaining the warehouse's physical conditions: 1) general cleanliness and 2) organisation, layout, and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilisation.
- Working directly with the Purchasing department to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

**Education**:BBA/BCA/B.Com/Diploma/MBA/MCA/M.Com

**Experience**
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year
- Maximum Experience : 2 Years

**Requirements and Skills**
- Familiar working with software
- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong maths skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Reliable and trustworthy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
