**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Front Desk Management:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Manage and direct incoming calls and inquiries.Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.

2. Administrative Support:Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

4. Visitor Coordination:Ensure a positive experience for all visitors.Manage visitor log and security protocols.

5. Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records and files.Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

6. Calendar Management:Manage executive calendars and schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Admin/Front Office Executive.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Pleasing personality with a professional demeanour.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Immediate joiner preferred.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
