Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
- Meeting with suppliers.
- Follow up with the supplier for the timely delivery of spares and stores.
- Preparing accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Lead generation, customer calls, giving customer details about product, preparing, and sending quotations, follow up with customers, making a sale, sending PI, follow up for payment, shipping and dispatch of material, etc.
- Fix appointments with the sellers, convince them to come onto our company programs and assist at every stage of the process till the time of completion of services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
