**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & closing.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Maintain ATS records and share regular hiring updates.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory: 2-3 years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely with ownership and target orientation.
