**About the Role**:
We are looking to further increase our business primarily in the North America and Canada market. As a Business Development Representative, you will be solving the below key problems:

- How to capture the mindshare of more target prospects from North America and Canada markets?
- How to drive engagement for our target prospects?
- How to improve the conversion of our marketing campaigns to drive meetings with target prospects
- How to get more enterprise accounts?

In order to embark on the next leg of growth, we need a marketer who would want more than just a job.We are a fast-paced startup & things will move fast. Hence,we prefer self starters who are willing to learn & experiment at pace.

**Responsibilities -**- Work with the marketing and sales team to execute various strategic marketing campaigns to drive more engagements and meetings
- Develop new strategic partnerships and drive existing partnerships to generate new opportunities
- Manage and work on Zoho CRM extensively
- Manage various interns for database building and outreach execution
- Figure out new ways to improve efficiency of existing outreach campaigns

**Requirements**:
Qualification requirements & preferences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory
- At least 1 year of sales or lead generation experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Hardworking & go-getter attitude
