Functional Role (Job Description)

Team Member
- Procure to Pay is responsible for activities related to PR to PO process and Month End related task for one of NTT Group company. It also includes providing support on internal/external queries from the Vendor as well as the business. The Other responsibilities of the team member would be to ensure the Month End close is completed within the defined SLA’s.

Education Background

Graduate in Commerce.

Work Experience

1 to 3 years in PR to PO process. Prior experience in order processing i.e. PR to PO processing, handling vendor / stakeholder queries and Month End Reporting role is a must. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Excel required

SAP ERP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- To play a critical role in performing any task related to PR to PO process on the daily basis.
- Should have the complete understanding of all procurement activities relating from Purchase Request to Purchase Order (PR to PO).
- Understand accounting flow of transaction in SAP
- Participate in weekly meeting and provide updates on assigned work.
- To report any non-compliance issues to the supervisor so that precautionary measures can be put in place.
- To Ensure that the purchase orders are processed within the SLA’s and with accuracy as per agreed SLA’s
- Ensure proper control checks are introduced, so that errors are minimized/eliminated.
- Understand various reporting and BI tool to extract data and analysis
