Customer Relationship Executive-possession

**Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role**
- Apartment takeover from project & Handover to customer.
- Ensure Apartment is ready in all aspect before possession /visit.
- Ensure upkeep of all FM Custody apartment, sharing the reports on daily basis & draw the attention of LTR FM team if any deviation observed in any apartment.
- Keep tab on Pre possession/Possession schedule & make the apartment ready for possession.
- Daily coordination with Project team/Contractor/Society FM Team for apartment related complaint.
- Ensure that all the inventory (Possession kit/Chocolate/key pouch/Pen drive/Brochure etc.) always available & inform LTR FM team well in advance if any requirement.
- Smooth Handover the apartment to customer. Ensure all necessary utilities are being given.
- Ensure all the documents record (Possession certificate/possession letter/Parking letter etc.) are maintained well in order.
- Daily updating the customer complaints in helpdesk portal & ensuring reports are being shared.
Daily coordinating with HK team for cleaning of Unsold Apartment
**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
