**Key Purpose**:
This Program is a strategic initiative for the company covering all global businesses with operations in more than 35 countries.
It is a corporate wide business transformation program with a implementation of SAP S/4 HANA ERP at its core. This project is co-led by Finance and IT
The program encompasses global teams that are largely working virtually, although some travel may be required.
The program has a requirement for a Projects lead to be responsible for the end-to-end Projects related business processes redesign with standardization and automation
The Projects GPIO collaborates with other GPIO’s (towers) and various stakeholders including Executive leadership and service line, segment business Leaders, master data object owners, IT, as well as other corporate teams (Corporate GPOs, technical, GRC) to make sure the end to end process effectiveness

**Accountabilities**:
Design and operate high-quality end-to-end, standardized processes that consistently deliver intended business outcomes and scale, with SAP implementation
Design the Projects related processes that include project sales and accounting, time recording via timesheets, revenue recognition, project management and scheduling, global projects with global resourcing, use of MRP for projects and reporting
Develop, obtain corporate approval (from GPOs / equivalent) & maintain all related policies, process documentation and training materials
Create robust metrics (KPIs) to consistently measure the success of processes across all countries’ and enable the analysis of large data sets to facilitate trend and data-driven decision-making at the Executive Level
Drive process adoption across the organization, using a common role framework and structured change management approach
Plan, lead, and facilitate process initiatives to improve speed and efficiency of business, ranging in complexity from highly strategic to deeply tactical
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain stability of processes
Working closely with Master Data Management teams to ensure key data elements are structured, standardized, and consistent across the business
This role will work with functional leads to support testing activities, including Functional Unit Test, Integration Test(s) and User Acceptance Tests.
Transformation
Support design and implementation of Global Finance Operations Transformation program
Ensure optimal use and adaptation of ERP / enabling technologies; owning the Technology Roadmap in partnership with centralized Projects teams and IT

Continuous Improvement
Support identification and prioritisation of Continuous Improvements impacting the Global processes Standards & Controls
Design people, process, and technology standards for end-to-end process at Enterprise level
Establish and maintain an appropriate control environment within Finance operations
