**Job Description**:
**Team**: Record to Report - (RTR) Global Process and Instance Owner (GPIO), ERP & Transformation, Global BU, NEC Corporation
- Country RTR SMEs

**Key Purpose**:
This Program is a strategic initiative for the company covering all global businesses with operations in more
than 35 countries.
It is a corporate wide business transformation program with a reimplementation of SAP S/4 HANA ERP at its
core. This project is co-led by Finance and IT
The program encompasses global teams that are largely working virtually, although some travel may be
required.
The program has a requirement for a RTR lead to be responsible for the end-to-end RTR business process
redesign with standardization and automation
The GPIO collaborates with other GPIO’s (towers) and various stakeholders including Executive leadership
and service line, segment business Leaders, master data object owners, GBU IT, as well as other corporate
teams (Corporate GPOs, technical, GRC) to make sure the end-to-end process effectiveness

**Accountabilities**:
GPIO Common Accountabilities
Transformation
- Support design and implementation of Global Finance Operations Transformation program
- Ensure optimal use and adaptation of ERP / enabling technologies; owning the Technology Roadmap in partnership

with existing BU centralized RTR teams and IT
Continuous Improvement
- Support identification and prioritisation of Continuous Improvements impacting the Global processes

Standards & Controls
- Design people, process, and technology standards for end-to-end process at Enterprise level
- Establish and maintain an appropriate control environment within Finance operations

Policies & Procedures
- Ensure development and implementation of standards that support the business needs
- Provide Advisory, Reporting & Compliance (ARC) inputs into key accounting policies
- Develop and maintain accurate operational procedures

**Process**:

- Design & implement master data governance across end-to-end process
- Work with key stakeholders across the process, to ensure the process is ''fit for purpose''
- Assist stakeholders in the resolution of complex or non-routine issues

Role Specific Accountabilities
- Design and operate high-quality end-to-end, standardized processes that consistently deliver intended business

outcomes and scale, with SAP implementation
- Design the process of Global Intercompany, Fixed assets, budget and analysis, RAR revenue recognition and

group reporting
- Develop, obtain corporate approval (from GPOs / equivalent) & maintain all related policies, process

documentation and training materials
- Create robust metrics (KPIs) to consistently measure the success of processes across all countries’ and enable

the analysis of large data sets to facilitate trend and data-driven decision-making at the Executive Level
- Drive process adoption across the organization, using a common role framework and structured change management approach
- Plan, lead, and facilitate process initiatives to improve speed and efficiency of business, ranging in complexity from highly strategic to deeply tactical
