**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Alternative Investments. You have found the right team.

As an Alternative Investments Professional / Lead within our Global Product Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Global Product Owner in leading the strategy, design, and execution of key initiatives across the end-to-end Alternative Investments value chain.
- Assist in defining product vision by connecting client/advisor needs with business goals.
- Understand current state requirements and offerings; define end state, target operating model, and product delivery roadmap.
- Perform research on the competitive and market landscape, including vendor/fintech offerings, to inform product capability offerings and strategic roadmaps.
- Prepare annual and quarterly investment plans in collaboration with the Global Product Owner.
- Execute planned milestones and report forecasted variances with risk mitigation as required.
- Deliver using agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, quarterly planning, sprint planning, and showcases.
- Drive adoption of the product among key stakeholders.
- Prepare communication materials for learning and training partners.
- Develop materials for communication channels such as Morning Meeting, Digital Download, and newsletters.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Graduate/ postgraduate with at least 4 years of experience
- Demonstrates values and diversity & inclusion principles.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self-driven with a get-the-job-done mentality.
- Experience visualizing data and strong analytical/quantitative skills using programs such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Office Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- CFA is a plus.
