*Overview:*
Baoiam Innovation Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within the innovative field of Ed. tech Learning and Training ]. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to learn about our cutting-edge products/services, develop sales strategies, and contribute to our growth initiatives.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Assist with creating sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales pipeline updates.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales processes, strategies, and product offerings.
*Requirements:*
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a sales-oriented role.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
