**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new leads to expand the client base.
- Understand client’s IT needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **IT Knowledge**: Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (hardware, software, cloud, or IT services).
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record in sales with the ability to close deals effectively.
- **Proactivity**: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- **Commitment**: Demonstrated ability to commit long-term and grow with the company.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
