**About us**:IARCON International LLP publishes in over 70+ peer-reviewed scientific journals and organizes conferences, seminars, and workshops for researchers and scholars. They offer membership options for students and academicians to access their services.
**About the role**:We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Intern for a period of 6 months. As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including market research, lead generation, cold calling, and sales presentations. You will work closely with our sales team to learn about our products, services, and sales processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Make cold calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote our products/services
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
