Merchandiser

1. Client Communication:

- Interact with clients to understand their embroidery requirements, specifications, and design preferences.
- Provide updates on order progress, estimated delivery dates, and potential issues or delays, invoicing.

2. Order Coordination:

- Receive and review embroidery orders, ensuring accuracy of design, colors, sizes, and quantities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create or modify embroidery designs according to client requests.

3. Production Oversight:

- Monitor the production process to ensure embroidery is carried out accurately and in compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and machine operators to address any technical or quality-related concerns.
- Manage production schedules and prioritize urgent orders effectively.

4. Supply Chain Management:

- Source and manage the procurement of embroidery materials, threads, fabrics, and accessories required for production as per REACH compliance.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct quality checks on finished embroidered products to ensure they meet established standards and match client expectations.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Ensure all details are given to the ERP team to store in the system.

Maintain accurate records of order details, progress of sample/Production, and materials used.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production/Sampling, logistics, stores etc. to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

8. Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve production/sampling -related challenges, such as design complexities, material shortages, delivery timelines.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

9. Customer Satisfaction:

- Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality embroidered products within agreed timelines.
- Proactively communicate with clients to address inquiries, concerns, or modifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in têxtiles, fashion design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in embroidery production, merchandising, or related roles is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and internal team coordination.
