Market Research and Analysis - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. - Lead Generation - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms. - Expertise in K12 and above domain Folks with proficiency in handling Tech products Handled a ticket size > 10K is an added advantage. - Goal Setting and Reporting - Achieving and maintain the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills. - A passion for sales and target achievement - Experience in Sales is a must. - Preliminary knowledge of the edTech. Qualifications: - A minimum of 1 - 4 Years of experience in the EdTech industry, plus experience in B2C sales is a must. - An undergraduate degree in any stream - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. - Knowledge of the industry and market trends Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Language**: - Hindi (required) - English (required) Work Location: In person
