Looking for Shift In-charge Operation for Power Plant division,situated at Raigarh (CG)

Should have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in same profile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and oversees Shift operations of a power plant
- BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with 4+ years of Experience in same profile.
- Monitors Operations for efficient and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed
- Safe and smooth startup / shutdown of units
- Manage DC/SG and Availability of Units
- Prepare Daily Generation Report/ MIS
- Emergency handling at station level
- Assist UCE/Desk/Field engineer in operation of the plant
- Leave plan management of team
- Coordination with CHP/AHP/ Maintenance Department
- Monitoring Defect/PM and Availability of Equipment
- Manage Learning and development of team

CTC- Negotiable

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
