- Make outbound marketing calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the senior marketing/sales team.
- Answer queries related to the company's offerings with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the digital and field marketing team for lead nurturing.
- Share feedback received from prospects to improve marketing approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language if needed].
- 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support (freshers can apply).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred).
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
