**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and approach new clients (corporates, event planners, travel agencies, etc.).
- Promote hotel/restaurant services, packages, and special events to prospective customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in promoting marketing campaigns for events, promotions, and packages.
- Support the team in social media promotions and advertising efforts.
- **Booking Management**:

- Assist in securing room bookings, banquet hall reservations, or restaurant event bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify sales opportunities.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Use the CRM system to track leads, prospects, and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred but not essential).

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
