We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Executive to play a vital role in procuring raw materials and managing daily field operations. **Responsibilities**:

- **Raw Material Procurement**:Conduct market research to identify and source quality raw materials for manufacturing.

Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including invoices and receipts.
Utilize the company vehicle for daily procurement activities.
- **Field Operations Coordination**:Oversee and coordinate daily field operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Communicate with field staff to provide guidance and support.
Monitor field activities and report any challenges or issues to the management.
- **Use of Company Vehicle**:Responsible for driving the company vehicle for the procurement of day-to-day required raw materials.

Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of field activities, including procurement details and operational reports.

Prepare regular reports on field operations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Submit reports to the management for review and strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; relevant internships or coursework are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for the manufacturing industry and eagerness to learn.

**Industry Knowledge**:Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, with a keen interest in submersible pumps, air compressors, and induction motors.
