**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the designated geographic area. You will represent our company and promote our products and services to potential customers. Your primary goal is to drive sales and revenue while establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions, products, and services that meet those needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven field sales experience or related sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
