**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Implement user interface designs using industry-standard tools and technologies, adhering to design guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine design solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into project workflows.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe illustrator, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with responsive design and mobile app design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
