A **Logistics Executive** oversees and manages the movement, distribution, and storage of materials, equipment, and finished goods within a company. With knowledge of billing, store management, and coordination with various departments, the role becomes central to smooth operational flow.
- Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle scheduling and route optimization.
- Track shipments and update delivery status.
- Prepare and verify bills, delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inward and outward materials.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely billing and payment clearance.
- Reconcile transport invoices with actual deliveries.
- Coordinate with the store department for stock availability and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
- Assist in physical stock audits and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain material inward records.
- Liaise with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch departments for seamless operations.
- Communicate material requirements and delays.
- Ensure logistics activities align with production planning and project timelines.
