Role Objective

As an Auditor - Quality Analyst, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring top-tier service delivery through chat-based interactions with international students. Your role will involve evaluating communication quality, providing feedback, and driving process improvements that directly impact student experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Audit chat transcripts daily to assess accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Evaluate performance against defined quality metrics and benchmarks.
- Identify patterns in service issues and suggest improvements in communication and processes.
- Generate detailed performance reports and share key findings with stakeholders.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members to improve service delivery.
- Develop and refine quality checklists, scorecards, and SOPs.
- Monitor response times and resolution SLAs for optimal student support.
- Collaborate with team leads for calibration sessions to maintain quality consistency.
- Ensure scripts and responses are aligned with the latest policies and updates.
- Contribute insights during strategy discussions for continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies

Strong written communication with exceptional grammar and attention to detail.
- Analytical approach to quality monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Experience with CRM tools, chat systems, and QA frameworks.
- Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple audits daily.
- Ability to deliver actionable, empathetic feedback.
- Cultural sensitivity when interacting with a diverse, international student base.
