**Position Summary**:
The DVR Auditor will be responsible for conducting detailed reviews of both pre-recorded and live video footage from test centers, including test sessions and interactions.
This role is critical in ensuring compliance with operational standards, identifying anomalies, and supporting continuous improvement in testing environments
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and document any irregularities, violations, or areas of concern.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including timestamps, observations, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with Test Centre Managers and associated teams to escalate issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards while handling sensitive footage.
- Ensure timely completion of audits in accordance with internal SLAs and compliance requirements.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- 0-1 year experience in either the call centre or test centres
- High level of focus and concentration for extended periods.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with video playback tools and audit documentation systems.
- Basic understanding of compliance and testing protocols (preferred).
- Prior experience in auditing, surveillance review, or quality assurance (preferred).

**Position Summary**:
The Supervisor of the DVR Audit Team will lead a group of auditors responsible for reviewing video footage from test centers to ensure compliance, integrity, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in audit practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily operations of the DVR Audit Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of video audits.
- Provide guidance and support to auditors in reviewing pre-recorded and live footage of test sessions and interactions.
- Review and validate audit reports for consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Monitor team performance and quality metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Training, Compliance) to address findings and escalate issues.
- Develop and maintain audit protocols, checklists, and documentation standards.
- Conduct regular training and calibration sessions to ensure alignment on audit expectations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership review.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in team supervision or management, preferably in auditing, surveillance, or quality assurance.
- At least 2+ years of experience in QC Environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or anomalies in video footage.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
- Familiarity with video review tools and audit documentation systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in test center operations or compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality protocols.
- Background in workforce management or training operations.
