**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the administration of Exchange Online, including managing mail flow, distribution lists, and mailbox configurations.
**2. SharePoint and OneDrive Administration**
- Help configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
- Support OneDrive for Business management, ensuring user access and data integrity.
**3. Teams and Telephony Solutions**
- Assist in setting up and managing Microsoft Teams for collaboration, including channels and meetings.
- Support the integration of telephony solutions within Teams to enhance communication.
**4. Device Management with Intune and Autopilot**
- Assist in deploying and managing devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor device enrolment and management issues, providing troubleshooting support as needed.
**5. Security and Compliance**
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards.
**6. User Support and Training**
- Document processes and maintain configurations related to Microsoft 365.
**7. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting**
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Stay informed about new features and capabilities of Microsoft 365, providing feedback for improvements.
**8. Documentation and Process Management**
- Document and maintain Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to implement best practices and optimize system performance.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or IT support.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell and scripting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
