In addition, you have:

- ServiceNow expert knowledge (5+ years)
- More than 7 years of experience in the IT
- Deep experience with ServiceNow products
- Experience as developer
- Expert knowledge within:

- CMDB
- ITSM
- Beneficial knowledge of:

- SAP KeyUser Pro ServiceNow module
- ITIL process know-how with focus on incident and change management
- SAP
- Azure
- Degree: Bachelor’s or preferably master’s degree in Information Technology (B.E or BTECH-Computer Science) or MCA
- Profound Microsoft Office skills
- Required languages: English (very good/fluently)
- Willing to travel abroad to a certain degree for projects
