We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage IT services across two plants, working closely with the global ICT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT systems, along with prior experience collaborating with European/global teams in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support IT services across two plant locations.
  • Oversee infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Ensure smooth operations of enterprise applications and operational equipment.
  • Collaborate with the global ICT team to assess business needs, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Maintain operational continuity, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system security and compliance.

Required Technical Expertise

  • High-level experience with:

  • Microsoft Active Directory Services.

  • Microsoft Windows Server and services (e.g. Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, File/Print Services, DHCP).
  • Microsoft 365 ProPlus and applications (including Microsoft Teams).
  • Networking infrastructure (Switches, Wi-Fi Access Points, Routers/Firewalls).
  • Server and storage infrastructure configuration and maintenance.
  • Operational equipment such as barcode printers and industrial devices.

  • Operational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.

  • Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 service administration.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong team collaboration and corporate teamwork experience.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving approach.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and propose effective IT solutions.
