Role & responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight:Manage the daily operations of the store(s), ensuring efficiency in processes, adherence to policies, and effective resource allocation.
  • Staff Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional development.
  • Sales & Marketing:Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and monitoring sales performance against KPIs.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and coordinate with the supply chain department for timely deliveries.
  • Financial Management:Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data and profit margins, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
  • Customer Experience:Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by maintaining store appearance, optimizing product placement, and handling customer feedback effectively.
  • Loss Prevention:Implement and enforce strategies to reduce shrinkage, theft, and other operational losses.
