Role & responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Management of Warehouse Outbound Operations (Exports ISO – Dealer Dispatch Operations)

  • Plan, supervise, and control all outbound activities (Picking, packing, loading, and dispatch).

  • Ensure timely execution of dealers orders as per their schedules

  • Resolution of issues in Outbound operations

  • 3PL Handling

Transportation Management

  • Transporters Handling

  • Transportation Budget planning & Cost control

  • Handling Dealers complaints related to transportation

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor outbound team

  • Ensuring KPI's achievement

  • Manpower Budget Planning & cost control

Customer & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with sales, planning, and other teams

  • Coordinate with transporters and 3PL partner to ensure seamless dispatch operations

Process Management

  • Implement safety, 5S in warehouse
