Location: India (Remote/Office-based)

Reports to: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to drive sales of our water and wastewater treatment equipment in English-speaking markets globally. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in international markets. Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages, and prior experience in selling engineering goods internationally are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote water and wastewater treatment equipment in English-speaking markets (e.g., USA, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in international markets, preferably selling engineering goods or industrial equipment.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment equipment or similar engineering products is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
