**1. Sales Executive**

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting merchandise and making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the product line to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors to enhance sales efforts.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store targets and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

**2. Billing Staff**

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision.
- Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation of sales transactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and promotions are applied.
- Maintain an organized and tidy cash counter area.
- Reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift and prepare daily reports.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of billing supplies, such as receipt rolls.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cash handling and transactions.
- Work closely with the finance team to address any billing discrepancies or issues.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,857.28 per month

- Day shift

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
