**Cost Estimation:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of interior projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, and overhead costs.

Quantity Take-offs:
Perform precise quantity take-offs from architectural and interior design drawings.
Utilize software tools for accurate measurement and quantity calculation.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Monitor and report on project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Tendering and Bidding:
Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities, cost summaries, and contract terms.
Participate in the tendering process, evaluating and negotiating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

Cost Control:
Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Regularly update and maintain cost databases, ensuring current and accurate pricing information.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to secure favorable agreements.

Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project costs, progress, and financial performance.
Ensure all estimates, take-offs, and budgets are documented and archived systematically.

**Job Expectations**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional certification in quantity surveying or estimation is a plus.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
Proven track record of successful cost estimation and budget management for interior projects.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of construction and interior design processes, materials, and labor costs.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in relevant field

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3- 5 years

**Reporting to**: Head of Department

**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
