**Job Summary**:The Associate Estimator is responsible for ensuring efficient vendor communication, effective contract management and diligent bid follow-up. This role also involves contributing to project estimation and various preconstruction activities, ensuring the smooth progression of projects from initial concept to commencement.

**Responsibilities**:Including but not limited to
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Review proposal specifications, change orders, drawings, and contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive takeoffs to prepare accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
- Analyzing vendor quotes and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:(required):

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage shifting priorities
- Clear communication skills with both teammates and customers
- Comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Nice to Have**:(bonus points):

- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
