**Job Summary**:The Dispatch and Sales Reporting Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the dispatch process, ensuring timely delivery, reducing stock levels, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role also includes the preparation of detailed sales reports and MIS sheets, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with the factory and sales teams to achieve organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1**. **Truck Placement and Dispatch Coordination**:

- Ensure trucks are placed as per customer/agent location requirements to reduce stock levels and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the factory GM to provide an accurate dispatch schedule based on the production plan.
- Follow up on old pending orders to ensure timely dispatch.

**2. MIS and Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports, including ex-mill calculation sheets, count-wise monthly average prices, and salesperson-wise performance metrics.
- Generate and maintain ex-mill sheets, sales data, and other required reports to support sales and management decisions.

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Conduct daily stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Report weekly on unsold stock and work towards reducing inventory levels within the factory.

**4. Payment Approvals and Overdue Management**:

- Coordinate daily payment approvals for dispatch plans, ensuring timely processing.
- Share overdue details with the relevant stakeholders promptly to maintain transparency and enable proactive actions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. And Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
