The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for handling the day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods. This includes sorting orders, arranging stock, stock taking, and coordinating loading and unloading activities. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Sorting & Dispatch Coordination**:

- Sort and prioritize daily orders based on delivery schedules and routes.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely dispatches.
- Label and tag goods for identification and tracking.
- **Stock Management**:

- Arrange finished goods systematically for easy accessibility and dispatch.
- Conduct daily stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation to match physical stock with system records.
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock immediately.
- **Loading & Unloading**:

- Supervise and assist in the loading and unloading of finished goods.
- Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage during transit.
- Verify dispatch quantities during loading and unloading.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain dispatch logs, delivery challans, gate passes, and stock movement registers.
- Update stock and dispatch records in software or manual logs.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports for management.
- **Coordination & Compliance**:

- Liaise with transporters/drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate or 10+2 with relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or warehouse operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of stock reconciliation methods.
- Physically fit and willing to assist in manual handling of goods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in night shift
