The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the dispatching of finished corrugated packaging products to customers. They ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining high standards in inventory control, customer service, and team management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely shipment of finished goods.
- Plan and schedule deliveries in coordination with sales and production departments.
- Oversee loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure proper handling and accurate documentation.
- Ensure dispatch documentation is accurate, including delivery challans, invoices, and transport records.
- Coordinate with transporters/logistics partners for vehicle availability and route planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile dispatch records with stock reports.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures in the dispatch and loading areas.
- Manage a team of loaders, drivers, and logistics assistants; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve dispatch or delivery issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, production, and quality control teams to ensure readiness of goods before dispatch.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in the packaging or corrugated box industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management software is a plus.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch planning, and transport coordination.
- Experience handling large volumes of finished goods and route optimization.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation.

**Work Conditions**:

- Fast-paced warehouse and dispatch environment.
- Shift-based work may be required, depending on business needs.
- Frequent interaction with transporters, loaders, and production teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
