**Roles and Responsibility**

Requirement:
Loan IQ resources

Service Details:
To support the lending functions - Wholesale Lending Operations units. Duties include making and checking of:

- Assigning of work requests
- Set up of deals
- Loans processing
- Maintenance of Deals
- Manager Account Reconciliation
- Review of LIQ Reports at specified intervals.

Services Period:
Minimum of 1 year from, with an option to renew the services, and/or, allow re-badging to ANZ.

Deliverable and Service Level:

- Meeting the SLA timelines and accuracy of each activity as agreed.
- Timely responses to stakeholders on queries
