**what is CRED?**

**what you will do**:

- responsible for setting and implementing the category growth strategy. forecasting, planning and delivering on growth commitment in alignment with product, credit risk and supply teams
- drive growth, day to day business operations for the lending portfolio. weekly and monthly tracking of business metrics to monitor goals and diving deep where needed to drive continuous improvement
- product positioning and communication: create a consumer-centric communication strategy to improve conversion. work with the central app experience team to drive discovery, education and cross-sell conversion for lending business
- collaborate closely with product teams to improve conversions, collaborate closely with risk teams to improve approval rates and maintain healthy lending book quality. collaborate closely with lending partnerships team to ensure compliance adherence
- quality: improve processes to scale with high business growth, Identify defects and develop scalable processes to address and accelerate. work closely with CS teams to take regular consumer feedback and improve quality scores (CSAT, ratings, escalations)
- product evolution: be the voice of the consumer, be on top of industry and market knowledge, understand consumer motivations and needs. shape product roadmap in alignment with CRED product, business and consumer goals
- bring high-energy, are a self-starter, with strong business acumen. you should have the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced, data-driven environment
- have demonstrated data-driven decision-making or quantitative analysis skills and are able to use data to make and support decisions
- spearhead with a customer-first approach (passion to understand customer behavior, product quality, and customer experience)
- showcase strong stakeholder management. the role requires influencing and driving change across many key stakeholders: product teams, credit risk teams, lending supply, central marketing, customer support, business finance, and analytics teams
- showcase strong program management skills: proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams. high attention to detail, comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- possess strong verbal and written communication skills
