**Faculty (Learning Resource Group LRG Department) November 2022**
**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in planning and visioning for the department along with the Department leader.
- Supervising and providing support and guidance to LRG teachers
- Guiding teachers in the planning of IEP’s
- Conducting meetings with LRG teacher once a week to clarify difficulties and ensure teachers are on track. Faculty will keep a record of their observations
- Observation of LRG teachers when they are providing support in the classroom. Faculty will keep a record of their observations.
- Guiding teachers in the planning and design of lesson plans for individual sessions
- Regular review of Sonday system to ensure teachers know how to go forward
- Review of implementation of CLARO program to ensure that appropriate and adequate material is uploaded regularly and program is being widely implemented
- Plan and participate in CUD meetings
- Attend weekly faculty meetings for planning of CUD, dept. work and achieving targets
- Conduct sessions during CUD meetings or the year 2/3 module if required.
- Support for planning and preparing sessions for vacation PD.
- Documentation of records and other material pertaining to LRG
- Oversee preparation of modified assessments for students of the LRG
- Workshops: planning and preparing sessions for workshop
- Documenting and updating modules of the two-year LRG training program
- Conduct appraisals of teachers

**Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in Special Education

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:

- Experience working with children with a wide range of special needs
- Ability to create IEP
- Good knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, resourceful and resilient personality

**Requirement is full time Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm and Saturday 9.00 am to 1.30 pm.**

Pay: ₹10,299.67 - ₹55,800.15 per month
