Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Executive to join our team. You will be overseeing the operational activities of our organizations. It is an opportunity to learn and engage with highly skilled team members. As an operations executive, you are expected to manage end to end operations activities and bring in your own innovative ideas to improve efficiency to the department. You will be working toward the common goal of cost reduction and risk management strategies in your key responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling day-to-day operational activities and understanding the key metrics for proper execution of operational task.
- Identifying new operational strategies and ensure operational activities are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Working closely with operations head and management team for smooth execution of operational, compliance, and administrative functions.
- Developing robust automation process and system to support day-to-day operational activities.
- Handling organisations internal events such as corporate programs, Town hall meet, and supporting in employee engagement activities.
- Coordinating with cross departments and external vendors for smooth functioning of operations department.

**Your background**
- Must have MBA Degree in Operations or Business Management
- 2years+ relevant experience in operations or management support, preferably from technology-based Start-up ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and other tools like JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, etc
