**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Design engaging graphics, videos, and reels using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent branding and timely engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine strategies for growth and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
