We are hiring a **Social Media Executive** to join our team If you have a creative mind, a passion for content creation, and the ability to engage audiences online, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry insights to create trendy and relatable content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to maintain strong audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Analyze social media metrics and create monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with social media platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.
- Identify and engage with influencers for potential collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) to track performance.
- Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
