**Social Media Strategy Development**: Plan and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and drive targeted traffic across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Ad Campaign Management**: Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- **Audience Segmentation and Targeting**: Analyze user behavior and demographic data to create highly targeted campaigns and ads. Adjust audience segments for WhatsApp broadcasts and paid campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
- **WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and manage WhatsApp Blast campaigns, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery to subscribers while maintaining compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Develop engaging, visually appealing, and relevant content for organic social media posts, sponsored ads, and WhatsApp messages. Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters for the creation of high-quality content.
- **Campaign Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media ads and WhatsApp blast campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and WhatsApp Business Analytics to generate reports and optimize campaigns.
- **Engagement and Community Management**: Interact with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms. Cultivate and manage online communities, ensuring brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee social media advertising budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently for maximum ROI on both organic and paid campaigns, including WhatsApp promotions.
- **A/B Testing and Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and WhatsApp messages to assess performance and improve the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
- **Trend Analysis and Competitor Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly and keep the brand ahead of the curve in its digital marketing efforts.
