**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and YouTube to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling and relevant content tailored to the target audience, focusing on parenting, maternity, and family care.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and implement innovative campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize content and strategy.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.
- Assist in content creation, editing, and publishing, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in social media planning, execution, and management, with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong creativity and ideation skills, capable of generating innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for storytelling.
- Experience in content creation, editing, and publishing, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Aesthetic sense and understanding of visual branding, ensuring the company's social media presence reflects its values and identity.
- Active and engaging presence on personal social media accounts, demonstrating creativity and proficiency in the latest trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
