**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with the community in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage paid social campaigns and budgets to achieve set KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong content creation skills, including basic graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Understanding of brand building and online reputation management.
