We are urgently looking for **"Personal Assistant" **for India's leading lead-free additives manufacturer and suppliers.
**Location**:Navrangpura, Ahmedabad**
**Industry Requirement**: Manufacturing
**Age must be under35-40**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive's business and personal travel.
- Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
- Draft and proofread documents as needed.
- Assist the executive with various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Handle personal tasks for the executive, such as managing household staff, making reservations, and running errands.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
