**Job Title**: Personal Assistant

**Salary**: ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 (Based on Experience: 3-5 Years)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines for senior management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including international travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between management, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.
- Provide support for business trips, including booking accommodations, preparing itineraries, and handling logistics.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks as required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally for meetings and business trips.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong personality with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
