Patient Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Guide patients through the admission, discharge, and referral process.
- Coordinate between patients and departments (doctors, nursing, billing, diagnostics).
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance, and documents.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update databases regularly.
- Educate patients about procedures, treatment plans, and medical instructions if needed.
- Monitor waiting areas and reduce patient wait time through efficient coordination.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality standards.
- Support international patient care services, if applicable.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic (Freshers with good communication may be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service protocols
- Proficient in using hospital management software (HMS) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
