**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or other systems.
- Ensure timely backups and data security measures are in place and functioning.
- Support the implementation and roll-out of new software and hardware.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and AMC services.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems, licenses, and assets.
- Assist in cybersecurity efforts and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide IT support for meetings, video conferencing tools, and other collaborative technologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and antivirus software.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is a plus.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
